Adriana is a Chicago native and moved to Madison for college back in 2015. She graduated from UW-Madison with a BA in Psychology and a certificate in Entrepreneurship in 2019. After completing her bachelor’s degree, Adriana worked at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) where she practiced ABA therapy and worked on school-readiness for children on the spectrum. Adriana enjoyed the teaching aspect of her job at WEAP so she moved onto the Goodman Community Center as an after school teacher for elementary children. She was nominated and awarded the Most Outstanding Youth Worker Award by the Madison Out-of-School Time initiative for her dedication and creativity in supporting youth during the pandemic. Prior to joining the Mercile J. When Adriana isn’t working, she enjoys crafting, being outdoors, watching K-Dramas, and spending time with friends and family.
